Your sim should be in glo flat.
Then setup your Proxy:127.0.0.1 and
Port:8080

After downloading your psiphon, open ur psiphon, go to front query to http://german-proxy.de
*proxy type:real host
*proxy server:http://german-proxy.de
*port:80
*real proxy type:default
